Rapid Manufacturing (RM) is a manufacturing technology based on powdered metallurgical procedures. It is the precision melting of very complex parts fabricated according to CAD digital data. EB-RM technology utilizes PAVAC’s Lastron technology to melt different powder materials and to solidify them with a pulsed electron beam.
 

This technology enables you to design and manufacture very complex shapes, including sophisticated internal structures such as cooling channels. The technology allows you to developed parts from new materials giving you the unlimited capability to develop new structures.
